Do note that delays may occur due to public holidays, customs inspections or unforeseen events such as bad weather.

We provide FREE standard shipping worldwide. 

 

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited DHL shipping. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order. Ordinarily, expedited shipments are delivered in as little as 6 - 12 days.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All product prices displayed are exclusive of taxes and duties, as well as GST/VAT. We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means Taxes and Duties are calculated upon arrival to your country of destination and will vary depending on your order value and the items purchased. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

PLEASE NOTE

Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by your government. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs. 

*If the recipient refuses the delivery due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore not eligible for a refund.
